WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

 

New Norm Protective Products sincerely hopes that you will be satisfied with any product(s) you purchase from us, however, please make a note of our Warranty and Return Policy below.

 

Our Products are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty against defects in the Products, excluding normal wear-and-tear. Such one-year warranty period commences as of the date that the Products are delivered to you.

 

Should you discover a defect in any of our products within the warranty period stated above, please submit a warranty claim to info@newnormpp.com with details regarding the original purchase and the nature of the defect, along with proof such as pictures. We will then review your claim and notify you if it is approved or denied.

 

Outside of a warranty claim, we do not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges for Products in any circumstance and will not respond to any such requests.
